Facilitation
As a facilitator, I help other people to deal with processes or reach an agrement or solution without getting directly involved in the proccess or discussion itself.
I try to help my clients understand common objectives and help create a plan to achieve them without taking sides, using tools that allow consensus to be reached on pre-existing disagreements or that arise during the course of the Project or business.
Moreover, I act as a facilitator in the broadest sense of the word: I pave the way for my clients and their businesses, I put them in contact with who they need to meet, I find customized solutions that adapt exclusively to their personal and/or profesional and business needs in a personalized way, always looking for the most efficient path with the best investment (in time, resources, money) / results ratio.

Funding search & Reporting
Search – for all types of projects and businesses – of possibilities coming from International, European and/or Spanish institutions and organizations, covering strategic programmes, financing, grants, subsidies, cascade funding, acceleration and incubation programs, awards, investments, etc.
Monitoring of Calls of specific interest for the sector and activity of each client, at national and European level (European Commission, HORIZON EUROPE, KICs of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology, National Ministries, Recovery and Resilience Fund, Next Generation Europe, etc.).
Drafting of Strategic Reports on the results of said search for possibilities.
It is the client who decides whether they need a specific report (on possibilities in a certain period) or a dynamic report (which is updated periodically according to the available information confirming that opportunities arising in a certain time frame set by the client and the Consultant).
Project Negotiation, Management & Justification
Negotiation is a discussion or process of reaching an agreement. There are shorter negotiations and longer negotiations, depending on the scenario and, specially, on the institution or stakeholder you are negotiating with.
Especially when dealing with the European Commission, negotiating is a key phase of the project if we want the project to go ahead without problems and to have, during it, a smooth execution and justification.
Furthermore, a correct management and help in execution and justification in accordance with the rules established by each funding organization is also key to avoiding project, financial, corporate and strategic problems.
I make available to my clients my experience of more than 10 years negotiating Research and Innovation projects with European organizations, both as a negotiator in the European Commission, from within, and from outside, as a Consultant.
